the location are excellent with many restaurants and stores close. the room are very clean and spacious too. the free minibar are very welcome and a very good added value. i find the staff very knowledgeable and helpful.

my room had no real view, just a white wall, though it did prevent anyone from seeing in. i were only there one night so i didnt changed rooms, but i would have if i stayed longer.

the staff showed great attention during check in and check out. they were effective in handling my requests and gave clear instructions regarding hotel services. communication was efficient and respectful.

The hotel's central location was definitely convenient. I could walk to many places.

the noise levels were quite disruptive. i could hear street noise and restaurant activity throughout the day. after midnight, there were loud banging sounds from closing up, difficult to sleep. additionally, the bed was uncomfortably firm, causing back and neck pain.

The location was perfect. It was easy to walk to many attractions. a restaurant is available in the hotel. breakfast served was very good and included in my reservation. the king sized bed in my room was comfortable.

the cleanliness left something to be desired. i noticed dust in some corners and hair on the towels. the shower was subpar, lacking warm water and sufficient pressure.

i had a junior suite. the location was central for walking. i enjoyed the food in the hotel restaurant and found the service wonderful. the staff upgraded my room to a very spacious one with good views.

the front desk person seemed unconcerned about the single english tv channel in my room.

the allocated room had 5 star quality, a spacious design and practical features alongside two street-facing windows.

the hotel was very noisy i heard street and restaurant sounds all day then banging after midnight from closing up activities, it was hard to sleep.
